In a quality improvement approach, by implementing a quality management system according to the requirements of the ISO9001 standards, R2D Automation provides this web platform to its representatives and customers, in order to report and track all issues from customer sites.
The main purpose of this web platform is to let R2D Automation be able to solve issues faster and better by getting all the necessary information from the beginning: all issues have to be declared by filling a form relative to the type of issue.
